“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. ”

“I didn’t stay there at all, but y’all checked me in at midnight because I had already paid. So I paid for a hotel room that sat vacant. And no help from Expedia at all to get my money back even though I purchased the insurance.”
