「Host was kind, prompt with responses to inquiries, and provided all of the information needed. The property was clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable, private, and very roomy (Emerald Suite). Only stayed one night due to personal schedule, but would have enjoyed a full week in quaint Geneva, IL. Lovely town. Lots to do and see. Highly recommend this property.」

「Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.」

「Location was wonderful! I wish we would have had more time there. Condo was very clean and quiet! Great balcony area. Parking for this particular unit was right next to the building. The bedroom does get very light very early and we were missing the welcome coffee pods but otherwise was a 5/5 stay!」
