“When booking, I did not realize that it was an apartment attached to the owners house and I probably wouldn’t have booked otherwise as I prefer some privacy but we gave it a chance anyway and I’m glad we did because we actually enjoyed the stay! We were there only one night for my kids baseball tournament. The apartment was clean, quiet, and pet friendly with a small fenced lot to let dogs use the bathroom. “This is our second time staying at Sandra’s property. Our first time was Christmas of 2023 with our 1 year old. The experience and service was amazing then and even better this most recent time. The condo was clean and homey when we entered. We received all the info prior to check-in making it stress free after traveling all day. “My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second……
