“This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this……

Accomodations were very nice -extremely well cared for and clean. Extra touches were -water in the fridge and plenty of ice. Extra towels and a comfy bed. Loved the power recliner and mini split air conditioner! Very happy here and will look forward to returning next year! ”

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
