「Room nice. Had booked a twin but Room had a double bed. Took ages to sort out. Went to the spa to relax. Far from relaxing with noisy children screeching and shouting. So very disappointing as we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, that was the reason that we booked this particular hotel and not another. Food was nice in bar and good service. Disappointed for what we paid + £10 parking. Combination of the room not being right, and the spa, made for not a great visit.」

The heating in the bedroom was good but the en-suite bathroom had no heating at all and was so cold you didn't want to shower in there, the addition of some form of heating is needed here .A bin in the bathroom and some sort of shelf to put your own bits and pieces on would be useful.A mirror in the bedroom would be...

「"I cannot express how terrible my stay was. This place is an absolute dump. The bathroom was disgusting—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and I was too afraid to even use the shower. Speaking of which, I couldn’t even have a shower in the morning because builders were walking around the property ridiculously early.
