“ My husband and I truly enjoyed this property. It was just as listed. Great access to the beach by foot ( parking is full early or pay to park). Very close to the weekly Sunday drum circle on the beach , fun to watch. Close to the restaurants. Bed and pillows were so comfortable as well! Nice and clean. We rented a golf cart which we loved. I would recommend this rental, thanks for a comfortable hassle free weekend! ”

“It was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. The owner was super responsive and very quickly to any questions I had. It was within walking distance of everything in Sarasota. It was nice and quiet and really cute. Definitely plan to stay here every time I visit. They even had an iron and a coffee maker and all the little things that I didn’t think I might need. Great location great owner.”

“Perfect spring break location for a mom and two middle schoolers. I could take my chair and a book right across the street to the beach, and they could take a 5-min bike ride to meet friends at the Village. The property had everything we needed, and was cute and comfortable. Definitely recommend!”

“Rating: 0/10 – I do NOT recommend staying here. This is a room-only rental, and the owners live in the same home. There is very little privacy. We could hear them coughing and showering, and unfortunately could even smell bodily odors from the bathroom. They demanded a photo ID for every guest within 24 hours, threatening to cancel if not received. Children are not allowed. Throughout our stay, they sent constant messages, which became annoying. if you don’t take out the trash or put towels in a……

“Perfect location! So close to Siesta Beach! Our host was very communicative and extremely responsive! The condo was lovely and all of the amenities we needed were provided! We look forwarded to staying here again! ”

“Condo was clean. We were able to check in early which was great! Water pressure in master shower is poor and could not wash hair in there, had to switch to other bathroom. No big deal. Could be better stocked with utensils, dishwasher soap, and towels. 4 towels and 3 wash cloths for 4 people. Don’t let outside of building fool you, condo itself was nice. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”
