「The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. 「The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.」
