Host & Stay | Princes Place Apartments

Summary:
Tucked away in the south of Liverpool City Centre, Princes Place Apartments is the perfect choice for those seeking a quiet retreat while remaining within easy reach of the bustling city. We offer two apartments, each accommodating up to 8 guests. Each newly renovated two-storey unit features two bedrooms. Combined, you'll enjoy a total of six double beds and two double sofa beds in the living rooms. You'll also have access to two separate kitchens, two bathrooms, and two spacious living rooms.

The Space:
Princes Place Apartments offers two modern-style, newly refurbished apartments listed together. Perfect for groups of friends or family gatherings, both are located right next to each other in the same building, yet each offers its own privacy.

Each apartment boasts a similar layout but with distinctive character and design. Spread across two floors, you'll enjoy an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom in each unit.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas provide a perfect setting to unwind and relax, complete with a large Smart TV and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything needed to prepare hearty meals, alongside dining tables and ample seating for enjoyable meals at home.

Every bathroom is sparkling clean with its white and grey interior and is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, a WC, and a wash basin.

Both apartments share a comparable layout, each featuring one bedroom with two double beds and another with one double bed. All bedrooms feature a desk that can be used for work or as a vanity table. One of the bedrooms in Apartment 2 opens onto a patio, offering lovely views of the nearby trees — perfect for basking in the early morning sunshine on a beautiful summer day or enjoying a refreshing breeze on cooler days.

Furnished to a high standard, Princes Place Apartments includes blinds for all windows, carpeted bedrooms, and wood vinyl laminate flooring in the living areas.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Princes Place Apartments is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Apartment 1 is spread across two floors, with the basement accessible only by stairs.

The entrance to Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the building - the apartment itself consists of two floors split over the basement and the ground floor. Guests staying in Apartment 2 can enjoy the patio.

Other Things to Note:

The apartments are located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Princes Road, Princes Place Apartments are surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The Princes Place Apartments are within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
