不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
The host was not responsive. I requested late check out. He never got back first time and I asked again if we can leave luggage after check out and the host just said yes. Upon check in, I confirmed about luggage, the host said please stop asking and said can’t take luggage. The host said we can ask the luggage storage service but the way he said was really rude.
Also next morning around 9:40am someone came knock on the door, no greeting, no introducing who he is, just asking “when are you leaving?” It was our first time that someone came knock on the door while we are trying to prepare checking out and it felt very awkward and rushed out.
