The commendation is in a very local area. U have to arrive the place then let the staff know. Then the staff will pick you up on the street then take you to the apartment. The apartment small, using a digital password lock for the door lock. In midnight, when my neighbor is back, I’m not sure if they were opening my lock or their lock since our door is so close, feeling unsafe. We’ve booked 3 nights, but we couldn’t stand it and moved to another place on the second day.

bonne localisation mais équipements manquants

Points positifs: la situation proche du centre et du métro, quartier calme, literie des lits bonne Points négatifs: Il n'y a que 2 chambres et non 3 (la 3ème est le salon avec des canapés qui servent de couchage). Gros manque d'équipement de cuisine : nous n'avions pas assez de couverts et verres. Nous avons réclamé et avons pu avoir un peu de matériel supplémentaire (des couteaux, des verres et une poele) mais ce n'était pas large. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de liquide vaisselle. La paroi de douche cassée rendant la douche difficilement utilisable. Chaises au nombre de 5 dans l'appartement (alors que la capacité est 6), et en très mauvais état. Si l'on ne reste pas très longtemps, on peut s'en accommoder, mais pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits cela rend les choses compliquées.

Our Two Nights In London

The room was not at all as described. It was very tiny for a family of six. The TV had very bad connection. When I reached out to the host she said she would send someone and never did. The location was fine, but very small and limited space.

Horrendous

From being given the wrong adress to turning up to find our promised 3 bedroom family condo was actually a 2 bedroom apartment, this was the worst experience I've had with hotels.com. The host couldn't change our room as apparently there are no 3 bedroom options even though that's what's stated on my booking confirmation. The apartment itself was far from dated and actually dangerous, with wires hanging out all over the place, including where each of the smoke alarms should have been (not sure this is even legal)! It smelt like sewage and was full of holes, damage, bodged furnishings, stained furniture, and even mold!

Amazing!

For less than the cost of the Travelodge down the road there were 2 bedrooms plus 3 sofa beds in the lounge, cooker, microwave and fridge. It was clean and even had tea/coffee making facilities. It was a very comfortable stay, and I would stay there again. The immediate surrounding area looks a little downtrodden, but it's well positioned and has an amazing pub round the corner (The Bell)!

The property we arrived as has very poor dated decor bathroom and shower are in separate rooms with only one mirror in the house this for a group of getting ready to go out wasn't ideal. We also had someone come into our apartment in the morning when we we still occupied the apartment this was very concerning

First of all I booked a 3 bedrooms apartment. I was given 2 bedrooms apartment. The calorifer on one bedroom did not work. There was a remodeling on the apartment on the upper floor. The front desk is actually a guy on the street. The apartment is at a different address than advertised. The is mold on the a corner of the bedroom. The check out process was done by sending a text message to Ali.
