Spacious, bright and well appointed top floor apartment in the middle of Shoreditch. There is a very ample living and dining room, with open kitchen (all appliances incl. dishwasher). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed desk + chair and plenty of wardrobe space; the second room has two single beds, desk + chair, wardrobe space. There is also an outdoor seating / working spot on the terrace, a shared courtyard, and access to a gym 3 mins walk away. Flat is 3 mins from Hoxton Overground and Columbia flower market; 10min walk to Old Street tube station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields, the City, Hackney; 15min walk from Liverpool Street and easy access also to Soho, Covent Garden, Canary Wharf and other London key spots via Overground and Elizabeth Line.
