「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

L’équipe est sympathique et souriante, les chambres sont spacieuses (BRONX pour nous), nous recommanderons sans problème cet établissement. Mention spéciale pour les margaritas qui ont été très appréciées par Mme.」

「The place was wicked , really friendly n safe, staff were helpful n happy .. loved the space .. great discount on drinks as a guest .. Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure! 」
