「The property was beautiful and the staff was, overall, excellent. There were a few areas that we would like to be improved. FOOD: The drink service at every restaurant was really slow. The Mangrove and Jamaica buffets were ok but all the bread was dry and hard. We are not sure why there were no coffee refills and they would not just give you cream/milk for the table. They had to pour it for you, which we thought was odd and inconvenient. We had terrible service at Umami but the sushi was good....

「My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back.」
