"From the staff, to the room, to the included breakfast, and a nice big pool, we enjoyed our stay very much! There’s so much to do in the surrounding areas near water as well. Boat rides, parks, and plenty of restaurants!"

"Love the location and have stayed there many times. However, when they did their recent renovations, they forgot who their customers were. Unless you like to live directly out of your suitcase during your stay it's fine, but if you like to unpack there is only one drawer, an open space in the nightstand between the beds, the closet size is less than half what they had before. the tile is white but looks like it was mopped with a soiled mom and not too pleasant to look at. the sink stand, obviously had an error in the placement of the towel bar and there are 2 holes that should have been plugged. the toilet paper bars are place in such a place that it's difficult to reach and the roll falls off the spindle. Seems like there has been no follow-up to these issues since we last stayed a month before that room has the same issues."

"The hotel, staff and breakfast were all amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food. After several stays at other hotels in the areas that were horrible, this was exactly what I was looking for. Compliments to Fairfield and it's staff."

"The gal at the front checking us in was completely unengaged from her job. Non talkative. And not welcoming at all. We love the st Clair inn it’s beautiful!!!!!! so we didn’t let that wreck our time."
