「We didn't stay here & I've requested a full refund. Getting into the house was super easy with the instructions sent to me. Once we got there & went inside the house was very dirty. Toilet, shower, kitchen were filthy. Bed was unmade & no clean sheets to be found. All towels were dirty. We swept the floor while looking for cleaning supplies, there were none. No toilet paper or paper towels. Tried calling the number listed & no answer, finally got a response to my message stating they'd send...

「My family and I ( husband and three grandkids) had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Maya and it surpassed all our expectations! We stayed in the Tropical area and all facilities were easy to access to by pathways or by shuttle. Pools are beautiful and each one has its own all inclusive bar. The kids area is right in the middle by the pools so it easy to watch your kids from the pools. The beach is right behind the pools and has plenty of palm trees if you want shade while sitting or lying on the...

「It was hard trying to connect with the owner. Otherwise when we got there the place was decent and had a great ocean view. The downfall was the music stayed outrageously loud and all night long. The check in was really easy but would need to find a quieter place. 」
