“Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful”

“This property is in the perfect location and is was a great space. There are so mamy amazing restaurants and stores within walking distance, even a Publix. The beach is a very easy 3 block walk. The porch was the perfect place to have a drink and watch the neighborhood. It was clean and well appointed. The full 6 seat dining table was great for meals and games. “Logement très bien situé dans Miami Beach. Chambre fonctionnelle, très grande et propre dans l'ensemble. Un réfrigérateur et une machine à café sont disponibles mais pas de coin cuisine. La salle de bain est grande également par contre l'évier est petit, les joints de la baignoire sont à reprendre et le pommeau de douche, plein de calcaire, devrait être nettoyé ou remplacé. Le logement est calme dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a pas de store ou de rideau occultant et on entend quand même assez bien……

“I can honestly say the owner the staff was wonderful. I got scheme at a hotel off south beach and came here. The check in is so easy and effortless. I booked late at night around 11pm and was able to self check myself in. The rooms are beautiful, parking is great, the staff I can’t say how wonderful they been during my stay I got food poisoning and had to rush to the hospital by ambulance. The owner called me and checked on me give me extra time to get my items as I got discharged. Just……

“This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami.”

“Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand”
