「The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. Also ed was really hard but I was told...

It took over an hour and a half halftime you would call and get the busy signal you couldn’t even get through the menu was very limited. The staff was amazing. 「This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!」

「The breakfast was good but needed more of a selection. It would have been nicer to eat in piece without cats surrounding you while you’re trying to eat. The rooms are outdated. The pool is too close to the outside dining area, need a more private area for a pool.」

「Located a little way outside Ocho Rios, but a route taxi is pretty cheap to get to places (just make it clear you don't want a private charter or the prices skyrocket). The breakfast is very filling, the pool was fun and had pool toys, although the hot tub didn't always heat, there is a restaurant, fruit stand, paid laundry service, water refill shop, and two corner grocery stores just beside the property. Some are closed on Saturday and everything on Sunday though.」
