“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no A/C, and the elevators seemed unstable. I mentioned my concerns to staff and was told they had been fixed. Just a couple of hours later, my children and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department. It was a scary experience, especially with kids. I hope management addresses these safety concerns, but based on our experience, I would not never take my family here again.”

“The property looks nicer ce on the outside. Clean and up to date. The inside needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good washer pressure. It just needs updated.”

“Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.”

“Clean, spacious room with newer bed. Everything I needed was in the room- microwave, fridge. I even had a hot tub. Also had a pool and fitness center. Decent food around. Free breakfast, but over at 9am. For the price, this was excellent.”

“Stayed 1 night. Check in went well. Room is very old. Toilet kept running. TV didn't stay working. Neighbors were noisy and parked in front of my room. Won't be staying again. Musty smell.”

“Tyler at the front desk when we checked in was great. He was nice and was working hard to keep the lobby and pool table area clean. Then there was house keeping, they were rude, let us know they were understaffed. We told her all we needed were towels didn’t need our room clean, she let us know she was busy and we used the same towels for 3 days.”

“It was nice having the extra space but there was empty pill bottles in one of the drawers, there is no room service, and someone obviously had spilled hair dye all over the floor and walls. The sink wouldn’t stay open to drain water. And the pool my kids were looking forward to wasn’t opened like it stated it would be. However; that might have been for the best and we ended up going to Lake Erie.”

“The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean the bathroom was spacious. Closely related to the downtown Dundee village. Beautiful historic home. Free parking.”

“Pool is drained and non-operational. Room was VERY dusty! Cobwebs hanging from the side of the artwork on the wall to the wall itself. Ambient light fixture in headboard was covered in a layer of dust that was at least a month old, as were other flat low-touch surfaces. For $200/night, I expect a room that is CLEAN and where it is obvious that it has been cleaned thoroughly, not just cleaned with a lick and a prayer.”

“These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. We got our 1st room just 1 bed. 2nd room was filthy.! finaly the 3rd room, was dirty but we gave in. Just sad.”

“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. Breakfast the next morning was truly standing ovation worthy. We sat overlooking a beautiful snowy scene with some many different varieties of birds flying by to say Hi! Make sure you……
