“We were able to get bottom floor room upon request. Our car was right outside our door.”

“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. There are two restaurants here, the one on the second floor requires……

“I've always used this facility when I come down to see the Great Sand Dunes. This visit nice however, there have been some changes since my last stay. The swimming pool area was pretty dark after the sun set as there are not many lights in the area. The water slide and the jacuzzi were inoperable also. I had really looked forward to using the jacuzzi after a day at the Sand Dunes hiking. As to the staff, they were amazing! They were informative, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was light but……
