「Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be...

「A clean, safe, cozy basement apartment perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well-equipped to simple meals and there was even a zero water filter which we use at home. The only issue I had was the listed price was significantly lower than the per-night rate upon checkout. But it was still a good rate overall for our large family. 」
