「Let me,start by saying all the staff were absilutely brilliant and friendly. Hitel gowever seems to be in a state or ill repair. Paint falling off walls and ceilings. Curtainscthat didn't close fully. Heating was never on and very cold in am. Carpets filthy. Door to my room was in very bad state. Just think whoever owns this needs to get his finger out and invest in the property and staff. Not good.」

Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else.
