We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). Only way you could sit on sofa was to use a throw pillow as……

I would definitely stay here again.”

Our first breakfast experience was just plain awful for an hotel that has charged nearly £400 for a three night stay. Small buffet table with a few sad looking pastries. Toaster with only choice of bread which was the plastic sliced white stuff. My wife asked for poached eggs on toast. They arrived on a cold plate and not on toast.……

“Booking was easy, however, the writing was on the wall from early on during our stay. The cups in the room were ring stained, like they were washed out, not washed up. When we asked for a clean cup; rather than changing the dirty cup for a clean one, staff made a point of inspecting the cup and saying it was rinsed but maybe not scrubbed. Yeah, hence why it's dirty, because it's not been cleaned. Our first night was terrible. We were woken at about 0300 by other guests. The next 1.5 hours were……
