“Our time at Zanziblue was idyllic. The beach out front was quiet and clean. We really loved how the whole property was calm and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was excellent! A great variety on the menu. Lots of fresh fish options but also great comfort food. The bar had fantastic, fun cocktails and great mocktails and smoothies. They also figured out how to make me a rooibos latte. At high tide the waves come right up to the property and then at low tide a guide can take you out to look at……

“I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled……

“Stunning hotel, very reasonable price. We ended up opting for half board and this worked out well for us. There was always plenty of options on the buffet which were good, we did not find that the ala carte options were very tasty at all. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The private beach was lovely, though unfortunately you still get harassed by beach boys who are generally nice but annoying. The room was always clean, the staff smiling. The pool is beautiful and I love the extra……

“Beautiful hotel. The staff is the best part. The barefoot concept is great. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway this is the one. The ocean is not very accessible as it is mainly coral so keep that in mind when booking- you will most likely be 99% in the pool not the ocean.”
