「The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! 「Great Scottish breakfast - wth haggis, black pudding and runny poached egg - tick. Staff great - most engaging. Impressively clean premises. Decor gorgeous. All new & revamped last Aug - pristine. Excellent choice of stay over/venue.」

「1. Location is good 2. Bell boy is proactive when checkin 3. Room is clean basically BUT RATs are running on the ceiling, you can clearly hear the sound of them. 4. Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.」
