「Just some facts: Room rented stated queen bed. It was a standard/double, no larger. Painting above the bed was constantly "clicking " against the wall when the fan was running. We were on the 3rd floor and had to walk up skinny porches to our room. Several doors and windows, on our walk up, were painted black, I assume for privacy. It was very cheap looking. Parking was atrocious. Space was on gravel, behind the building, between old broken lattice boards, old cement pieces, rocks and...

「The view was wonderful. We had an oceanfront facing room. My favorite thing about staying on the ocean is the ability to hear the waves, but this wasn't possible. The window did not open, so the only option was to prop the door open to the balcony. There is no screen, so I left it open for a short time and unfortunately had bugs galore. We felt like we were splurging because the price of the room is very high. But we were disappointed that the pool is at another location and passes were $35. We...

「It was a fairly nice place. We stayed in the front building on the third floor. The open balcony across the front was shared if you want to sit out which is fine. Great view! The carpet on the balcony really needed to be replaced. My big issue was there were no blackout drapes so the room never got dark at night. The overhead outside lights stayed on all night which would have been fine if the rooms had blackout curtains. The blinds were built into the patio doors and were light filtering....

「The AC worked great! The bed and pillows not so great. There was trash in the hallway when we got there and the same trash was still there in the morning when we left.」
