"We stayed two nights the first week of June 2026 and lived the location. It is within walking distance of Niagara Falls and many different dining options. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy, but the attention to detail was very lacking. Our room was clean and the lobby area looked great, but the remainder of the property was dirty. There was food all over the floors in the dining area and the breakfast was can overload—just breads, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. It was good enough for the two nights, but for a major tourist location I was surprised to see the property so unkempt."
