“The space is adequat in size, however there is only a single window in the combination LR/DR/Kitchen area. The bedroom have no windows. The space is clean, but rather musty, window had to be kept open to air it out. The picture of the rental unit shared was not representative of the space, in that it showed a balcony including a door leading to the balcony within living area. This was not included in the unit rented. The hall way entry to the elevator needs sprucing up, it is rather grubby.……

“There were no wash cloths, or body, hand soaps to wash our hands in either bathrooms or kitchen. These items are typically provided in other units. Kitchen was not stocked for cooking, no kitchen towels. toaster was broken. apartment floor felt grimy. The positives were: 3 bathrooms, sleeping for 8-9 adults with a convenient location to Garden district, WW2 museum, St.Charles street car, and beautiful Ponchitrain hotel.”
