“Great hotel and stay, room was well kept and had the major amenities I was looking for, and had a beautiful view. Only complaint is the onlocation food options leave more to be desired.”

“What a beautiful surprise stay! The Aspen room was terrific, especially the mural. The hospitality of the staff, fresh-baked snickerdoodle cookies, and breakfast in the garden were lovely. Would definitely stay here again! Also, off street parking and walking distance to Coors Field (but not through the safest of neighborhoods, so keep that in mind).”

“Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us.”

“Staff was very helpful”

“This was a five star and then last night happened. I was locked out of my room it was 0200, I accidentally left the phone in the room (so, no way to call or look up any of the numbers I had been in touch with the staff the last 2 days of my stay, and no way to check my reservation. I'm sorry I was outside in the rain for 3 hours trying to figure out how I was going to get back into my room there's no information on anywhere in this building of the phone numbers that I could I could have reached……

“入住的流程都算順利, 房間的裝潢很新, 平時我最在意的廁所也同樣很清潔, 有廚房對於出差在外的人來說真的件很棒的是事情, 因為不用每餐都在餐廳吃, 唯一缺點就是附近遊民似乎有點多(其實downtown也很多), 除了這個 住宿本身真的說不出什麼缺點~”
