「I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.

I encountered an unexpected circumstance and your front desk staff were very compassionate, understanding and offered up possible solutions.
