To be fair, i don't know if the room itself is good or bad, because i never got to see it. My wife and i reserved this room in August knowing that dia de muertos in oaxaca is one of the busiest travel seasons around, and when we called customer services to change or dates to cover 11/1-11/2 instead of our original booking of 10/31-11-2, they said no problem the change was made. Cut to November 1 we've received no info on how to access the room and when we call customer service again they say that the dates were never switched, the host is unresponsive, and they can't find us a replacement room, we're on our own to find one the night of! Vrbo did offer to compensate us 1 of our 2 nights( for some of the cost) but other than that, horrible panic of trying to go from place to place looking for a place to stay.
