「First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. 「Can’t fault this place. Staff were super friendly, helpful and provided lots of great recommendations; hotel was very clean and stylish with really beautiful grounds and loads of places to relax. Kalsa (where the hotel is located) is an amazing neighbourhood too. Yes it’s a bit gritty but the hotel is only 10 min walk from the train station and we felt completely safe at all times and it has an amazing nightlife, restaurants, bars and historical landmarks which only added to what was already one...

「The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. 」

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

「Great location for walking historic center between both mercati, Ballarò and Del Capoto, up to date rooms, comfy bed, a/c works well, keep in mind that the premises is in the historic center and the area has old sewer system which can cause sulfur odors at first but then dissipates. Definitely recommend」
