“Staff were pleasant and helpful ”

“A bright light in a remodeling neighborhood. The maid stuff remains indefinitely clueless on check out times and the staff seems to hate their jobs, but apart from that, it's the cheapest motel in a gorgoeus side of town. It took a few days to figure out that wifi os terrific on every floor above 1. ”

“I like the speedy check in. Room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Specifically, few crumbs on floor/nightstand and toilet seat was sprayed but not wiped. I worked hotels before. However, pleased with price I paid and probably will stay here again on next visit.”

“Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. ”

“This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full).”

“We had to put towels in the door to cut down on the draft. The TV speakers were blown, underneath the beds where disgusting socks, cigarettes and other miscellaneous items. We should have slept in our car. ”

“I love the staff but not the area so much”

“This was our first VRBO rental, and it was delightful from start to finish. The rate was reasonable, our hosts were friendly and personable, taking care of our concerns quickly, and the setting was beautiful with the deer and the views. The apartment was well apportioned, with comfortable beds, lots of space and a kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. We would definitely want to rent at this property again. Thank you so much for our ability to happily explore Colorado and visit with……
