“入住時，酒店依照我在訂房時的需求，給了我一間高樓安靜且有景觀的房間，可見，即使是透過旅遊網站的訂房，仍然受到重視備受禮遇。接著入住後，在前枱Vickey主管沉穩內斂的協助下，讓我跟虹橋機場排班的不法計程車司機，取回溢收的車資，特別的感謝她。這酒店讓我驚艷的地方是，前枱每一位都具有非常專業與熱忱的服務精神，呂小姐很親切有耐心的解說附近的景點與交通，房間的乾淨度也有五星級的標準。這次雖只住了三天，但覺得非常愉快。”

“We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel in the family suite which was very clean, spacious and with lots of amenities including a welcome fruit plate and bellhop. The decor was exactly as seen in the photos. The staff were all very kind and despite limited English they all did what they could to assist us.
