"We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again! "

"It’s difficult to list all the positives of this property. There was more than enough space for 18 of us (8 adults, 6 teens, 4 kids). The proximity to the sound and the ocean was great. With the game room, pool, and bikes, nobody ever had a chance to get bored. The beds were comfy, a/c worked great, tvs in every room, well-stocked kitchen…there really is too much to remember and list. Dave is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible and that you are well acquainted with the house and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back and will book this house again as soon as we have our dates planned for next year. "
