「丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利」

「The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. 」

「C’est notre 2ieme séjour au America Guest House, nous avons le sentiment de revenir chez un ami. Les propriétaires parlent un excellent anglais (pour les personnes qui ne s’expriment pas ou peu en espagnol... comme moi), très serviables et nous offrent des forfaits pour des tours à Cuzco très compétitifs. 」

They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
