“The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time……

“I can’t say enough about my stay at 3 John’s Place. My room and the common areas were beautiful, clean, and modern. The location was perfect with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs close by. Far enough away from the major tourists spots to be quiet but just minutes away from the bus and tram stops to take you anywhere in the city. Will absolutely recommend 3 John’s Place to friends and family and will stay here when I come back. ”
