「Everyone was great, the rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and we slept so well. For these reasons, it’s why I returned to this property. The only thing that really missed the mark for me was the food. It was expensive and mediocre at best and the menu lacked options. There also weren’t other convenient options nearby. 」

「Beautiful property, truly unique. We loved the beach bungalows, hammocks, and yoga, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The dinners were uneven mostly due to the preparation of the main course (oversalted and undercooked) and the servers’ limited hospitality. The fresh salad bar and good soup sustained us. The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. 」

「Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! 」

「Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett 」

「Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.」
