Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues.”

“They are helpful. The location is near the centre, just 5-10 mins walk through the Plymouth University. Single bed size is 2.5 feet only.”

“A very friendly welcome when we arrived. The property is in a quiet street within easy walk of the Hoe, Barbican and the city centre. Parking can be difficult, but there were spaces when we arrived. Instructions are sent by the owner after booking, but it basically involves a pass for some free parking and paying for the rest. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. There is a shower in the ensuite, but as this is only protected by a shower curtain, the floor……

“We were very impressed with this guesthouse - the room we had (double en-suite) was spotless and at the back of the house so very quiet. Bit dissapointed that parking was extra but at £2 a day its not a lot more. 20-30 minute walk down to the waterfront on pedestrianised streets so good location for what we wanted. Would definitely go again”

“Excellent family run hotel close to Plymouth Hoe, local restaurants and amenities. Friends welcome and excellent breakfast. Only negative was the £10.00 per night parking charge, which I raised with the reception on check-in. I later discovered street parking outside at £2.50 per night.”
