“Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. ”

“Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Maybe we were……
