「This was the 3rd annual trip to Newport,OR for our family. We travel from Washington and Idaho each year to celebrate July 4th at the ocean. This home, by far, is the best we have rented!! The layout of the house has beds at each end so some folks can retire to bed earlier than the rest of the family and the noise does not transmit. 「We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday here with my parents, siblings, and niece and nephews. It was an amazing property. I especially loved the views throughout the home and the beach access right out the back door since my parents aren't as mobile as they once were and beach access can be challenging. The hot tub on the back deck was a pleasant surprise since I didn't see it listed as a feature! The kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed to cook for the whole group. 」

「Clean and easy. Very close to campus. Newly updated kitchen, bathroom, laundry. TV and WiFi easy access. Property manager might want to check some loose screws in bathroom vent and kitchen cabinet… but overall great place in cute neighborhood with easy dog walking.」
