「One of times I booked the mirror and surfaces was dirty like the cleaner was dirty. Also me and my partner got banned without a reason and when we booked following time they refused to provide service or provide explanation. Strange people」

「Upon arrival (slightly early) I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception; very helpful. Check-in was quick & efficient. Good sized room & very comfy bed. Compact but super-clean & functional bathroom, with a great powerful shower. High quality towels & linens throughout. Room amenities were of a high standard, plenty of hanging space for clothes, plus drawers for my bits. Spacious desk/workspace, with plenty of power outlets. 「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...
