「This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. They moved us to another room in which we had an issue with the toilet, then we move back to the original room and the same sheets were on the bed from...

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「When I got to my hotel the cleaning lady gave me the keys to my hotel room I opened it and it was dirty so then I told the staff about they both apologized for it and gave me a room that was clean. I was a bit upset because I had already paid an early check in fee to be checked in at 1 but we didn’t get our hotel until 1:30. But other than that problem it was I good stay 7/10.」

「Small, cute , clean, helpful.. felt like I was staying at my abuelos home. Anna and entire staff was super friendly. Great recommendations in places to go visit and eat. No swimming pool! But all good as they have a sister hotel not too far away and you can simply go there as it’s walking distance. Thanks casa del caribe in for a great stay.」
