"This resort was wonderful! Our third time in Punta Cana, but our first time at this resort and we absolutely loved it. The restaurants were fantastic and had a nice variety of selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians The amenities were very well kept and clean. The entertainment was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for a home away from home. The pool was lovely with many spots to spend your time. Should you wish music, entertainment or quietness. The beach was beautiful and cleaned every single day (You also did not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to save a beach lounger there were always plenty available). Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond for us during our stay, and we couldn’t thank them enough for being exceptional human beings and fantastic at their job. It truly comes effortless to all of them. We thank you for making our vacation so memorable each one of these staff members should be recognized for their exceptional and excellent service. "One, you can’t go eat at another palace. The only one you can is bambu. For the first time I saw roaches in my room and in the elevator. I had to leave my luggage outside my house when I arrived so I wouldn’t bring anything inside my home. The food was terrible!!!!! And the staff, horrible!!!!! I have NEVER stayed is a Riu where I had horrible experience. Time to look for another all inclusive resort for me, for sure! "
