「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「Where do I begin…from the moment I was greeted with champagne to Jesus who checked me in at the front desk (outstanding) and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction every time he saw me…although the food wasn’t 5 star it was good and very good at some of the places. Yoel who was the manager at Magna and the Grille took great care of me as well as all the wait staff. Gregory was the best though and took great care of me at Casa Isabelle and at breakfast. He made me feel like a queen....

「Favorite resort in Punta Cana. Short drive there, great food, well maintained. Been to 6 other resorts and Joia is the best for us. Average age is probably 50, but we like that. No stupid stuff by the pool ruining the vibe, people have respect for other travelers. Nice change from other less laidback resorts. Not for the 21-35 crowd. 」

「The staff were so friendly, almost every single staff person was helpful & kind. We especially loved Emil @ Bloved Bar & the ladies in the piano bar. We never had to wait long for a drink. The pools were great, but guests stake out the loungers before the sun comes up. There is always room on the beach. Beautiful warm beach with soft sand & warm shallow water.」

「Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond.
