"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."

"The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! Overall I was very satisfied by their great services"
"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
"We had the one bedroom which worked for 2 adults and a teenager. Walkabout to subway and Peoples Square about an 8 minute walk. Nice having a small kitchen and Landry machine that does a wash and dry cycle. Would definitely stay here again. "
"It's a good hotel. Transportation is very convenient. However, the laundry is closed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is inconvenient. The front desk doesn't provide much tourist information."
