“I specifically booked this resort because of its beachfront location. Couldn’t go in the water on the beach because of the overwhelming amount of seaweed on the beachfront . In addition with the sun hitting the seaweed , it caused a foul odor that you can smell from the front of the building. There was minimal seating to enjoy the fireworks. We had to use beach chairs that we brought from home . To top it off they charge you $60 dollars a day for a Resort fee for this . In the pool area you……

“The floors in the condo had not been cleaned in quite some time as the bottoms of our feet got nasty just by walking around the condo. Be aware that if you stay on any floor except the first floor, you are having to walking up and down all flight of stairs as there aren’t any elevators. Also, the older white lady that was at check in was telling me how awful it was to stay there. In actuality, it wasn’t except for the inconvenience of no elevator and the floors not being clean. “From check in to check out very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were beautiful! Beach front was great for being in Key West! Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurants were great. Best side of the Island to be on. Everything was walkable. Right at the end of Duval. So many options around. Perfect spot!”

“The beach is inaccessible. The sargassam (seaweed) makes it unusable, even if it were to be cleaned it’s lined with rocks. You must leave the hotel to use the beach. The smell is unbearable.”
