「The most terrible experience I have ever made!!!! they did not change towel daily, they did not clean room daily, office won't open until 10AM and shut at 11PM!!!!!」

「We had a such a great stay in the Penthouse! The view of the lake was beautiful, and the room felt very private. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub and outstanding water pressure. The water also heated up almost instantly which was a welcome surprise! We were very comfortable in the king size bed and slept soundly all night long. Another bonus: almost every light was dimmable, making for cozy and romantic evenings. The location was super close to all the places we planned on visiting...
