「Lovely location. Hotel furnished to a very high standard Great breakfast and food in the restaurant with friendly staff But my Comfy Double Room was high up in a new build at the back of the car park away from the river and was very hot and stuffy. A fan was provided but one would expect aircon.」

「The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.」

「1 Star – Not Recommended This is not really a hotel but an old countryside pub with a few guest rooms. The location is extremely remote, and it is pitch black outside at night with very little lighting. The building is old, the rooms feel dated, and the overall experience was disappointing. If you’re expecting a comfortable hotel, you will likely be disappointed. I would not stay here again.」

「Wonderful property. A bit older, but very well maintained. Gym was in top condition, pool well maintained. Food service and quality was very good as well. Would recommend.」
