“Absolutely lovely and so convenient! We walked everywhere and didn’t take our cars out once. We shopped, ate at cute restaurants, wandered and visited the Virginia Museum of Fine Art, all on foot!”

“Great little spot! Cute condo in a fantastic neighborhood. Host was outstanding and communicative, easy check in/out, very clean and well equipped. Location was amazing, walking distance to VMFA, science museum, restaurants and coffee shops, Whole Foods. We took uber from the airport for a 3 night stay and walked EVERYWHERE, didn’t need a car. It’s a great part of Richmond. Sunday Brunch at Savory Grains was outstanding! (But make a reservation). First time to RVA, loved the city and this……

“2 VERY comfortable king beds, all the amenities, great for the weekend!”

“Place was very clean and perfect location for our needs (near son and his family). Lots of cool shops and restaurants. Easy to get in and out. Owners were awesome to deal with. We didn’t need parking but there seemed to be plenty (paid?) if it was needed.Bed was comfortable, linens were great.The only thing I would change was the street noise at night. Our room faced Broad Street and there is a theatre across the street and a bus stop where folks seemed to be hanging out and some hot rods going……

“Nice space for my wife and I to stay while visiting Richmond. Walked to Carytown, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great. The place was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were responsive. Would stay again!”

“Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required.”
