Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "
