「Apesar de um pequeno problema de overbooking na chegada, o funcionário resolveu e conseguiu resolver para nós. Ponto negativo: cobrança para usar o ar condicionado 」

「[ Good ] Great location with 5mins walks from Noord station. Very safe cuz you need the key to enter the lobby & elevator. Big space in the room that we can open two 26- luggage. Strong wind of hairdryer. Nice staff to let us get into the room before 12:00. [ Bad ] Water pressure of the shower was so weak that I had to use the sink to wash my hair, dunno if it because we were in 2rd floor. I would still recommend this hotel to stay!」
